Hall Rentals
We welcome those interested in using the Hellenic Centre for private functions.
The rate for renting the Hellenic Centre Hall is $1800 for six hours which includes set-up time. Any event must be finished by midnight. This rental rate includes use of the hall with 20 round tables and 160 banquet chairs.
Additional time is $200 for the 1st hour and $100 for each additional hour after that.
The following must be paid at the signing of the rental contract:
1) a refundable damage deposit** of $800 plus 50% of the $1800 rental fee
2) the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Limited use of the hall kitchen can be discussed. Use of the church generates an additional fee.

**The hall must be left clean with nothing broken or damaged & trash/garbage placed in the refuse cans outside.
